In the past decade, Chinese studies have flourished and, excitingly, sinologists are at the verge of a revolution in research into different disciplines of this field. Contemporary Studies in Chinese Languages, Literature, and Culture, Vol. 1 covers a wide range of content composed of theoretical and socio-cultural studies of Chinese language(s), teaching Chinese as a second/foreign language, and literary studies, aiming at providing the reader with the latest research findings in sinology.
